Such content is provided by Mega Mart as a convenience to its customers and to the general public.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with www.Mega Mart.com website (the "Service") operated by Mega Mart("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that:
(i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods (s) in connection with any Purchase; and
(ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
If any of our products fall below the high standard you expect, Megamart will happily refund or exchange it according to the terms and conditions set out below.
Products can be exchanged/returned only by the outlet from where it was delivered.
Exchange/Return can be done within 7 days of purchase along with the Original Purchase Receipt/Cash Memo and original packaging.
Exchange/Return cannot be done on Promotional and sale items.
Returns for the following categories are not accepted due to Quality, Hygiene, and safety guidelines:
Cash Refund is done only for Cash Payment.
Online Paid orders - Refund settlement will take place once the returned product has been received and a quality check has taken place, which takes 2-3 working days, then 2 business days to issue the refund. Please be aware that sometimes the refund will not appear on your account until the next statement is issued from your bank. Please refer to your Card/Bank's terms and conditions.
Refund against Gift Vouchers and coupons is not applicable.
Megamart/Macromart will not be replacing or refunding any product purchased through Megamart.bh site, all refunds/exchanges will be managed and accepted by the Megamart.bh customer services team support@megamart.bh
Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the anticipated despatch date of your order. Payment is taken at the point of despatch for goods and in the event that the payment card has expired we will be unable to take payment and fulfill your order.
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

A standard BD 0.525 delivery fee is applicable on all online orders. This fee also includes the charge for shopping bags. Customers will not be charged separately for Mega Mart shopping bags.
The actual quantity of fresh products (such as meat/cheese/fruit/vegetables etc.) may slightly vary depending on the actual weight ordered.
Cigarettes cannot be sold to any person under the age of 18 years or as required by the law.
Megamart Bahrain operates within the Kingdom of Bahrain and does not handle international shipping/orders.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mega Mart and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Kingdom of Bahrain and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Mega Mart.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mega Mart.
Mega Mart has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
